Over the past 12 years, we have shifted our focus towards business growth, primarily in international trade and the real market. This has involved nurturing strong relationships with our partners, clients, and their architects and designers, offering a dedicated service and project development support throughout the design, manufacturing and installation process.
In addition, the past decade has seen our growth as a notable fit-out contractor. WHAT WE DO
At DRF Contract, we receive business through two distinct channels: firstly, through referrals obtained from the tasks we have accomplished, and secondly, through clients who discover us online. Customers directed by references are aware of the services we offer and seek to see our collections, trusting us for guidance. These clients understandably aim for the right product at the right time for the right price. We guide them through the process with necessary presentations and proposal studies.
When dealing with clients, one of our first questions is, “When do you want this hotel’s opening to be?” If construction is still ongoing, we explain the stage of the current construction and how our services will best fit their project. We emphasize this as the placement of our furniture can sometimes pose challenges with regards to electronics, mechanics, and building structure. By coordinating with the client and other teams on-site, we avoid unnecessary disassembly and assembly operations, thereby saving the client time and resources. If a client discovers us online, we introduce DRF, our company profile, collections, and references through WhatsApp or email communications. We ask for their projects. If the client has a design idea or has already developed a design, we request these designs and prepare a narrative for them. If the client does not have a design or story to be prepared, we can determine the target price and approximate costs of the project by creating two-dimensional placements with reference products. We then proceed to create three-dimensional drawings of the project.
